Nice to see you dumped the stacks. On a gasser it's odd looking.

Frankly even stacks on a Diesel is , unless you're running a Pete, KW or the like, it's dumb and serves no purpose.

The truck is hot. Run it, break it, fix it, upgrade it.

Between seeing this and my old Ford not selling, I will be dusting it off very soon and bringing it back to life.

Old Iron rules.

Come bring it to Crozet. There is an open weekend in a couple weeks.
Its what, a little over an hour from you? That will give you someplace to come play, no?

Alright i'll send him an email. I've done a little bit of work on it I pressure washed it and got all the grime that had been collecting on it since it had been parked under a tree the last 3 years. I cut out most of the old exhaust system which wasn't that hard I was able to kick out one of the glasspack's that was under it so I took the plasma cutter to it and finished cutting all the old pipes out of it. Bought some new mufflers from ebay yesterday should be getting here sometime next week. I remounted the front license plate so it wouldn't get all bent up offroad. Still need to get a battery and a change the oil in it. Also still need to properly hook up the winch right now it's just three seperate wires, need to find a controller. Hopefully I'll be able to take it up to Corzet next weekend if all goes well. Will update once I get get some more work done to it.

Hey guys it's been a while since i've been on here and I've done quite a few things too it. I built a custom gauge / switch panel, custom reciever mount light bar that I fabbed up myself, also fabbed up some tow bar mounts and bought a Harbor Freight tow bar to replace my homemade one (homemade one still works but has been repaired multiple times; long story). I figure the tow bar will work for short / local trips. I got the set of Flowsound Mufflers (sound just like flowmasters) and the truck sounds bada$$. I changed the oil and filter, put a new battery in it and after driving it around a bit after it had been sitting for three years found out it needs a front pinion seal $10. Thinking of painting it dark green, possibly camo any suggestions? Will add pics later.

Thanks

More Pics, Custom modified gauge with ignition switch and push button start and opening for my new electric water temp gauge. Also my custom removable reciever light. Made a controller for my winch out of extension cord, 4 wire flat connector, 3 way switch and an old electrical box. Custom switch panel on floor for rear removable light with holes for future toggle switchs, and I rewired the tach so it now works. Also my new exhaust.
